Leona Lewis is on crutches after falling from her horse, it was revealed today.

Despite the injury she was able to continue with her her New Year celebrations and attended a party at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
However, the accident is likely to have marred an enjoyable festive season for the singer who returned to L.A. last week after a down-to-earth Christmas in her home of Hackney, east London.
She had spent a few days relaxing at home with her parents Joe and Maria Lewis and boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa.
But as the festive season drew to a close, Leona and Lou were spotted arriving back at Los Angeles' LAX Airport on Boxing Day.The star has spent most of her time in the US since winning the X Factor four years ago.
She has a £1.2million home and has gradually grown to love the City of Angels.
She said earlier this year: 'When I first came here I wasn’t sure if I liked it. It’s taken a while because I love being at home with my family and I miss them when they’re not here.'
The 24-year-old singer is back the US three weeks before the Goldon Globe awards, where her single I See You, the theme tune to hit movie Avatar, is up for Best Original Song.
Lewis was personally requested to record the song by film director James Cameron.
She stole the show at the record-breaking film's recent US premier at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, wearing a bejewelled silver floor-length gown.
Leona Lewis to duet with Robbie Williams
The 24-year-old singer is planning to go into the studio with the 'Heroes' hitmaker this month, and the pair hope to record more than one song together, reported Contactmusic.
"Leona is incredibly proactive. She knows exactly what she wants and where she's heading and is thrilled with these developments. She loves Robbie and thinks he's a real laugh - and the love-in is mutual," a source said.
"They're just going to go in the studio and see what comes out," the source added.
Leona's mentor media mogul Simon Cowell is said to be particularly delighted with the collaboration as he thinks it will help convince Williams to appear as a judge on his UK TV talent contest The X-Factor.
"The track will coincide with her arena tour, with the possibility that Robbie could appear on stage. Simon is really keen on the idea and hopes it will help Robbie come on board with the 'X Factor'," the source added.
Leona Hurt By 'Fan'
Leona Lewis is recovering after a shock attack yesterday.
The singer was left in tears after a man at her book signing punched her in the face.
The former X Factor winner was signing copies of her autobiography, Dreams, in Waterstones bookstore in London's Piccadilly Circus when the man launched himself at her.
She'd been meeting fans for over an hour when the unidentified man, who had been waiting in the queue, suddenly struck out.
Leona was left with bruising on her face, but according to reports didn't need to go to hospital.
One fan said: "My brother saw the whole incident. He walked up there with the book, she signed it and, as she looked up, he just punched her."
Another witness said: "I heard Leona cry out in pain and she was quickly led off by her security as more security guards and fans restrained the man until police arrived.
"She had sunglasses on and even though she had her face in her hands you could see she was clearly crying and her face was swollen."
Her spokesman confirmed she'd suffered bruising to the side of her head and was left feeling "shaken".
"Leona is absolutely gutted that she did not get the signings finished.
"This guy whacked her one in the face, and she was sitting down and he was standing up, so you couldn't get more cowardly."
Leona cancelled her appearance on last night's The One Show after the incident.
A man is in custody on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: "We were called at 4.35pm to reports of assault against a woman at the Waterstone's store in Piccadilly Circus. We have arrested a male on suspicion of ABH."
